Mida Food has a wide variety of fishes available. Most saleable are Seabass, Halibut, Hake, Gindara, Bacalao and Salmon. These can be cut according to required specifications. Tuna, readily available in collar, belly and tail cuts, is also in demand to grilleries and restaurants. Several choices of fish fillets are also offered including Alaskan Pollock, Cream Dory, Hamachi, Barramundi, Atlantic Cod and Tilapia.
